During this session we will dive into gifted at work. What is it that brings joy and fulfillment? Is this different for gifted / 2E individuals than it is in the rest of the working population? Departing from a theoretical framework about person-environment fit, giftedness and burn-out, the knowledge about these topics will be connected. From there you will learn more about you: your strengths and challenges, your path to joy and fulfillment at work.

Femke Hovinga is a gifted expert and social entrepreneur from Zeist, The Netherlands. She is pursuing her PhD in Strategic HRM, with her research focused on giftedness at work. Besides this, Femke is the founder of several organizations with a focus on GT / 2E people. Talentissimo, a platform for 145+ IQ, SCALIQ, developer of psychometrical instruments such as IQ tests and InterIQ, recruitment for gifted/2E individuals.
