I am an independent scholar, author, and professional development expert in diversity & equity in gifted education. I have worked as a practitioner, administrator, & researcher for over 30 yrs in gifted education. I work with schools (public & private); organizations; and other advocates to empower educators with strategies to increase access and equity in their gifted and advanced learner programs to ensure that gifted African American, Latinx, low income students are appropriately identified and served. I also provide private consultation services to parents.
